Apple Cheddar Walnut Loaf

1 Smitten apple, grated
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 eggs
3/8 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 pcs beef bacon, finely chopped

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2 - In a bowl, combine melted butter, white and brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 3 - Add flour, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, apple, walnut, and beef bacon. Combine well until no lumps left.
Step 4 - Spoon batter into a buttered loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
Step 5 - Serve warm or cold.
