To discover the best apple varieties around the world and to provide our employees a fair and honorable workplace to grow and market these apples. We have never waited for minimum wage laws and have always been substantially ahead of public sentiments because we believe in providing quality products while maintaining a moral business practice. We are generous with sick leave, vacations, and bonuses in addition to paying above-market wages and salaries. We do not have our employees to exert themselves, but to focus on smart work.
